How to place an order?
Check Insta stories to know when the products go live and you can place an order then. Sale will be on till the stocks last.
I checked the website ten minutes after the sale time. They were all sold out.
Since these are all unique handmade pieces made by me, there are only limited quantities that can be made over a period of time. As much as I’d love to make many many pieces, it is impossible for one person to do so.
Can we place orders for custom designs?
I am not taking custom orders at this point of time. You’ll have to choose from the designs available at each sale.
Can we place bulk orders?
I am not taking bulk orders anymore due to time constraints.
How about collaborations?
If it is a big brand and it’s going to be a paid collaboration, then you can drop in a mail at sueno.souvenir@gmail.com .
Do you conduct workshops?
Not planning any for the foreseeable future.
How long does it take to ship a product?
The wait period can be anything between 2-4 weeks.
Why does my product look different from the one on the image posted on Instagram?
They’re all handmade from the scratch and there will always be slight differences in color, shapes and sizes. It is what makes a handmade product unique. No two pieces can ever look alike.
Are they all collectibles or fridge magnets?
They’re mostly fridge magnets but will be bringing in collectibles in the future.
