Returns & Exchange
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We do not accept returns unless you have received a damaged/wrong piece. As all our pieces are made to order, we will not provide a refund.
We accept exchange if you have received a piece that is defective or damaged during transit or if you have received a wrong order. We will be willing to exchange it for the same or different item, and you can avail that by sending us an email at email@example.com within the next 48 hours.
The following conditions will not be qualified as damaged or defective.
All our pieces are handcrafted and there will be slight variations in
-Dimensions of the product
-The colour of the products due to variation of light in photography
-Slight variations in shape / color / size of the product (they're all different due to the unique nature of the products and there will be differences from one piece to another).
Shipping charges for the exchanged piece will apply as per our standard shipping policy.
